Step #1: Confirm Housemates & Preferences

Having this information confirmed will not only help our team find the perfect rental for your group, but will help you to secure a property quickly.
Step #2: Find Properties of Interest
Step #3: Submit ONE Group Application
Please do not submit multiple applications, as this slows down our ability to respond and help you with next steps to secure a unit.
Step #4: Video Tour + Next Steps
Only once your application has been approved AND we have a property available that matches your groups preferences, a member of our leasing team will reach out to you by email and provide you with a video tour of the units you are interested in to view. All other information pertaining to the unit is available on our website listing. Note that if you are not able to secure the property of interest right away, we will add you to our mailing list exclusive to pre-approved applicants to notify you of new availabilities.
If the listing is still on our website, it is still available.
Step #5: In Person Showing (Optional)
Note: This is not a required stage in the process. Many groups choose to proceed to sign a lease based on the video, photos & listing information to ensure they secure the unit they are interested in as quickly as possible.
Step #6: Sign the Lease!
Note: We require last month’s rent deposit to be paid at the time of signing in one payment, by e-transfer. Details for transfer will be provided to you at the time of lease signing.
