Axon’s office team and rental inventory is quickly growing, and we are eager to help people with the same love for Kingston to find their next rental.
Our team started in the summer of 2017, as two friends were leaving the Queen’s University ARC and connected over mutual interests including real estate and operations, as well as building systems and renovations. They quickly saw the need for this in Kingston (as two recent graduates themselves), and this ignited the opportunity to operate efficiently as a local, trusted, hardworking property management company.
Starting with just a handful of properties in 2017, through word of mouth and current client growth, Axon Property Management now manages over 1400 units, over 2600 tenants, and has a team of over 30 motivated and focused employees – many of whom have grown up in the Kingston area, are local graduates of Queen’s University and St. Lawrence College, and are passionate for the property management and real estate industry.
